Our Story

Prime CRS opened its doors in Houston in 1989 as a small, family-run auto body shop. Over the decades since, Houston has seen its share of severe hailstorms and the everyday collisions that come with a big, busy metro area — and through all of it, our shop has stayed in the same business: helping local drivers get their vehicles back to the condition they were in before the damage happened.

We've grown and refined our process over the years, particularly around paintless dent repair as hail-specific techniques have improved, but the core of how we operate hasn't changed much. We look at every vehicle individually, we're upfront about what we find, and we handle the insurance side of things so our customers aren't left managing that on their own.

Our Mission

Our goal is simple: give every vehicle an honest inspection, recommend the repair approach that actually fits the damage, and make the insurance process as painless as possible along the way. We'd rather tell you a panel doesn't need conventional bodywork than upsell you into paying for it, and we'd rather walk you through a claim clearly than leave you guessing what an adjuster meant.
